How to Order a 2D or 3D Crystal

At 3D Photo, we’ve made ordering easy! All you have to do is upload your photo on our website and choose your options. Whether it’s a gift for a special occasion like a wedding, graduation or a birth; a picture of a loved one that you want to keep close, or simply a happy, funny moment that you want to preserve, 3D crystals are the perfect choice for an heirloom-quality gift that is guaranteed to last for many years to come.

Upload Your Photo

Upload the highest quality version of your image as possible. We accept the following file formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, and PNG. Once received, our designers sharpen and enhance the image so the engraving will be of the highest quality possible, at no extra charge! This means that your crystal will be sharp and clear.

Place Your Order

Once you finish deciding on your options, you simply choose the quantity you want and place your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, and your order will be shipped within two or three days.

As part of our easy ordering process you can also choose if you would like text engraved (it’s Free!) on your crystal along with your image. We offer five different font options.

Light Stands (recommended)

Select a Lighted Base (highly recommended) to beautifully illuminate the image detail within the crystal. We offer a variety of lighted stands that can be selected directly on the cart pages.

Shipping

Standard Crystal Gift Boxes

Each crystal is packaged in a satin lined gift box with magnetic clasp. No labels or identifying markers are on packaging. Heavier and larger crystal are gift boxed in a stronger, heavier constructed box thus ensuring that it arrives safely and in tact. These boxes are usually two piece boxes with a separate lid and bottom. All gift boxes are packed in a master carton for shipping. This ensures that your crystal arrives without damage.
